My Apple TV keeps disappearing in iTunes. A lot of times it doesnt even register in iTunes when I try to re-register it. I am convinced it is a problem with Bonjour. I also wonder if when the new update that allowed you to order software without syncing with iTunes, was a feature that Apple added that ended up breaking the connection between the Apple TV and iTunes. As soon as I manage to get it registered and appearing, it then magically disappears. This is my second Apple TV and might be my last if APPLE doesnt fix this. Very annoying!!!!!
