The U.S. EST time Oct18, Chilean Congress today announced that they plan to paid iPad 2 to120 House of Commons legislators, to facilitate remote access to discuss their legislative matters in order to improve their work efficiency.

According to local media reports, the Chilean House of Commons is responsible for administrative affairs in a four-member panel made the decision after discussion, approved to give this hot apple tablet to legislators, "to facilitate the legislative work they started."

Chile's Congress spokesman Patricio Melero pointed out that the decision is intended to facilitate remote working legislators, and to facilitate them to start work on legislative research and tracking.
