What you need to know
This page is designed to feature content that will look good on the Apple TV and specifically has a resolution that is at least 640x360 (Apple's widescreen TV show resolution).There is a lot of content (specifically Podcasts) specifically designed for the iPod. Most of that video is 320x240. Apple TV can play videos up to 1280x720 aka 720p and that is the resolution of most HD televisions. Video designed for the iPod isn't going to to look that good on the AppleTV (iTunes video excepted, of course).
