The newest OS for Mac-Mac OS X Lion is the eighth and current major release of Mac OS. Lion was released on July 20, 2012. Some new features were announced at the “Back to the Mac” keynote in October 2010, and the Apple website was updated in February 2011 with more details. Other features were announced at the WWDC 2011 keynote or on Apple’s Mac OS X Lion Web site after the keynote. Apple states that there are over 250 new or changed features in Lion, including: Address Book, AirDrop, Address space layout randomization, Auto correction, etc. (from wikipedia)
So do you want to know how to convert video on Mac OS X Lion as below?
Q1: How do you convert video files on a Mac OS Lion to make them compatible? I tried opening some video files that were still on my camera (it’s ABCHD) and they wouldn’t open. How do i covert them so that they will open on my computer and import onto final cut studio?
Q2: What is a good Mac video converter to convert saved videos to other formats for Mac OS X Lion? I had one called Total Video Converter but it was for windows. Luckily, a friend of mine recommended me a Video Converter for Mac OS X Lion which he tried very great. I download the free trial and found it’s very easy to use, and can convert any video to the popular Mac video&audio formats such as: AVI, MPEG, WMV, MP4, AVCHD Video, H.264/MPEG-4 AVC, MPEG2 HD Video, MPEG-2 TS HD Video, MPEG-4 TS HD Video, MP3, WMA, etc for Mac OS X Lion. Then I bought it without any hesitating. If you have the same problem with me, maybe you can try it. You also can learn the details about how to import AVCHD to Final Cut! Hope to help you.
