Music and Movies in same playlist

In iTunes you can make a playlist and include Movies and Music in the same playlist. Can you do this on AppleTV? If so, please explain thoroughly because I can't seem to do it, and that's what I bought it for! I have a video and a music playlist to play in my store and want them to run without having to switch from movies to music to movies to music over and over again. Do you find this valuable?
