Offensive Video on You Tube

This seems really weird to me. I know that there is a lot of R-rated material on YouTube, but the titles ususally give that away and if you go looking for it you're not going to be offended. However...

Last night I was showing smart dog tricks to the family using our new AppleTV. I selected YouTube and scrolled down to "Most Recent." There in the 1st slot, not quite big as life on our TV was a totally graphic image of a couple engaged in sex - not some R-rated image but clearly showing anatomical detail.

I'm not a prude (I don't think) and if I had encountered this on my own,I probably would have flagged it as inappropriate and moved on, but with family gathered around and dumbstruck, I quickly backed out trying to explain how something like this showed up. The answer of course is that I have no clue! I guessed that it would be removed and hadn't yet come to the attention of whoever censors that kind of upload. I scrolled through the Most Recent list this morning and it didn't seem to be there, though there were probably more than 240 uploads in the past 12 hours, so I can't be sure it has been removed.

Does anybody know if this kind of thing regularly pops up in "Most Recent" or was this a fluke? If it is common, we just won't select Most Recent and that should eliminate the issue.
