Connecting Apple TV to my home audio system

How can I connect my Apple TV to my Audio system. My amp does not have any optical audio inputs. Is there a way of connecting the optical out on the Apple TV to the inputs on my amp? I don't mind buyinga separate interface device of some kind? Any ideas
